Mixed Emotions

I truly enjoyed the vast variety of antiques available, and at fair prices. What is remarkable about Star Mall, however, is that their staff just doesn't have the knowledge to run such a vast operation, with such a wide variety of antiques. While they are cordial, they simply are ignorant about most of the antiques they carry, and are unable to authenticate most items.

Need to improve customer service.

We make the trip from Alaska to the Star Center Antique Mall every year because of the large inventory. While we always return home with wonderful items, customer service is lacking (i.e., sales clerks usually not eager to find answers to inquiries, have little knowledge about the merchandise, etc.)

The best antique-ing around!

I have gone to the Star Center Mall in Snohomish WA for over 10 years now. I try to get there at least 3 times a year, and plan a whole day there (pretty much). There is so much to see! I'm never disappointed. Fabulous restaurant downstairs! If you love to antique, this place is a must. Items fairly priced, and often you can find real good deals!

I had the misfortunate of dealing with the manager of Star Mall. She was the most rude, overbearing person I have ever dealt with! I couldn't believe that she runs this mall. I feel sorry for the people who have to work for her. Needless to say we won't ever deal with this business again. Money is the number one priority of this business. They do a large number of sales here and have the arrogance and ego to match.
