I've been here several times. It is a bit run down, but the gardens are beautiful, especially in the summer. Since a lot of people don't know about it, it's a great place to picnic and wander around.

The front gates were padlocked, but access is available from the rear via a walking bridge across the river Jordan. The atmosphere on a cold winter day in January was peacefull, even if the individual countries presentations appeared in need of a little repair.
I gather it must be very nice in the summer when the trees and flowers are in bloom.
