Wow!!Took the family here summer 2006. Boy, 9 and two girls 11 and 15. They were fascinated by the huge trucks with the huge tires. We watched the trucks go back and forth for 15-20 minutes. Kids were amazed at the size of the trucks. Inside, the movie and exhibits were very interesting. Haven't seen anything like this before or since. Amazing.3 of 3 Yahoo! Awesome!!!This is one awesome sight in which ordinary people like me would never get to see very often. This working copper mine is a sight to behold. The size and depth of the open-pit mine is mind-blowing! It would take 2 Sears Tower stacked on top of each other to match the depth of the mine.
