The food at Porcupine is amazing! Add the incredible ambiance and the location -- just out of Big Cottonwood Canyon -- and you have a truly amazing dining experience. The salads and stone-fired pizzas are great, but my personal favorite is the fish and chips. Don't skip dessert either. You've got to try this place!
