Ichiban priceyI thought it was a bit expensive. I had a $60 bill for just the two of us.
It was pretty good though, innovative, a lot of staff on and quite helpfull. If your willing to spend a bit of money on sushi then this is definitely the place for you.OVERALL

Ichiban is the bestWonderful Shshi rolls. This is a hevenly flavor exprience. Peggy the owner and cheif is very friendly as is the rest of the staff. First time you have tried Sushi, this is the place, it is a nice casual atmospher, and the staff are very helpful. Plus they speak english. Great Food Great EnvironmentIchiban is housed inside what looks like an old church. The atmosphere is calming and the food is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Wonderful experienceI was not much of a sushi fan- until I ate here! It is a whole body experience- seeing how beautiful the food and building are, smelling the food, and using chopsticks is always fun. Service is great and I saw people in very casual clothes all the way to formal- very welcoming to all! Amazing Sushi!I've been eating at Ichiban since it was in Park City, UT. Ichiban's food is amazing. Peggie, the head chef, is extreamily talented and her food is incredible. I would recommend her Charlie roll to both sushi lovers and anyone trying sushi for the first time. The Location is close to downtown Salt Lake in a beautiful neighborhood/buisness district.
