I wouldn't let my kids go there by themselves. and homeless bums sleep and pee all around that little park. and last time we went, there were only 2 swings, there used to be more.

this park is nice (ignore the graffitti I guess) and kind of small. Since the price of the Tower went up, our family quit going altogether. If this park was within walking distance (for a kid) to get the Children's Museum, it would be a nice bonus, but it is too far and with inadequate parking, this park isn't worth the effort to see anymore. there is some nice scenery, but it doesn't seem worth it for kids to really have fun.
