Pros- easy to get to. No ridiculous long lines, parking fees, food prices like SeaWorld. The food is good and priced reasonably.Easy to monitor kids while parents relax. Cons- Restroom area not always operating 100%. Alot of rides need repaints which would probably make it look top notch alone. All rides are working properly. Never heard a complaint of rides.Just plain great fun for the price!

Good value, will go back soon.

Our family of three (including 6 year old boy) spent a fun half-day here. Attractions are height restricted not necessarily age restricted. Under 48" for the toddler areas, 48" & over for the big kids slides. Some in between are for 42" and over. We bought tickets online at the Splashtown website and printed at home, no ...

Whole family love it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/09/08
Went to Splash town with my 4 children (15, 9, 6, 5) and my husband. We all loved it sooo much, we can't wait to go back. My husband and I haven't felt like kids in such a long time, and our children loved the fact we could all do things together. Prices were reasonable. Got there at open stayed til close. For the people who say life guards ...

Nasty Place!

Needs serious maintenance on the entire park. Some areas were just plain disgusting. The staff was unattentive and cared less about their guests (most should be fired on the spot). If it weren't for the kiddie area, I would say the entire park should be torn down. I will definitely not be returning and I am making sure anyone I know doesn't spend their time or money at that joke of a tourist attraction.

Needs Improvement
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/14/06
Went to Splashtown San Antonio on 8/13/06. Only a few of the lifeguards appeared to really want to be there, the rest were very unattentive. One lifeguard was too busy playing his PSP game to keep the line moving for the "Starflight" ride. When we needed change for a $20 bill to use the vending machines(which didn't work)we were ...

Keep an Eye on your shoes at splash town
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/06/06
On July 3, 2006 my family of five spent 6 hours at Splashtown. It had been 8 years since we were there last. The under 48" area is fantastic!!!! Our 5 and 6 year old really enjoyed it and they had a great time. That was until someone took my 6 yr old's sandles. So if you go, watch your stuff. The higher water slides are fun, but the ...

Fun for little ones
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/08/06
The kiddie area is lots of fun for little ones. The wave pool is also fun. The park provides life jackets for the babies too, that's a plus. Lots of lifeguards on duty.

We came at 5:00 and offered to pay full price and were not allowed to buy a ticket. The time before the tunnel slide was smelly. My children did not like it.
