I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND this place to anyone. Unless you are rich! $17.00 PER ADULT and $10.50 Per KID!!! AND the 2 HOUR WAIT TO drive in this place was UNREAL!!!!! They had no signs to let you know what it cost to go in this place, and we found out about this place threw the informaton center in by the Alamo, and they told us it was $11.00 for an ...

We love it!
By shpnfrk830@sbcglobal.net, 01/04/08
We have been there 2 times and can't wait until we go again in March. If you are into coupons you can normally find one in the visitors guide that you can pick up all around the city. We always buy an extra bag of food just to have. We never feel rushed or hurried. You can pull off so other cars can pass you if you want to stop and look. ...

About the Caverns
By Barefoot Chick, 08/15/07
We did not visit the animal ranch but the caverns instead. I've been to lots of caverns in my life (originally from PA), but I never tire of them. These were magnificent and the tour we went on was fun, informative, and reasonably priced.
I was disappointed to see how much the other things cost, though. My husband really wanted to climb ...

Was hurried through
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/01/07
I would prefer to go to a zoo where the animals can see you too, more than your head in a car. The cars are rushed through. If you get out of the car it is against the park rules and somebody appears to tell you to get back in.
The food they distribute to feed the animals, which they say is "alfalfa" is part birdseed. Birdseed is ...

Loved it, loved it!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/01/07
We loved this place!! So much fun. Within moments of being there a llama came right up the car for a snack. My son was just beaming and giggling. It was amazing. They allow you to drive thru as many times as you like and they allow you to purchase extra food (Fossil Rim doesn't let you) It's not as big as Fossil Rim but we loved it!!! ...

Fnatastic Place to Visit
By Marvin Darling, 02/18/07
Not only was this a great animal park but the people working here are caring and thoughtful. We had a flat tire on their entrance and found them helpful and very concerned with our problem. They have our thanks. Marvin & Louise

Fun for a weekend
By Texas, 02/12/07
The city is small and a great place to see antique shops, old buildings, great places to eat, just take a hike in the surrounding area.
Get up early and take a backpack and hike the day.
Great fun place.

Great experience
By Marvin Darling, 02/27/06
The Animal Park and the Cavern were both exceptional. The best part was the friendly and understanding people working at the Safari Park. The went above and beyond when we had a flat tire in their driveway. A great experience in spite of the handicap.

Waiting until school starts
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/11/05
Loved the peace, and the security enjoyed by the animals. The kids think that we go for their enjoyment. Waiting for a chance to go alone.
