This place has almost anything and they can order almost anything for you. The people that work there offer great service and are nowhere near rude or mean. They're great.

I dont care what you say about it, this store is the ultimate in coolness! I like to hang out there after classes and browse their selection for hours on end.

Hogwild has a large variety of music in general but getting into sub genres of other music (example: electronic music). The vinyl slection of dance music is only trance and house and maybe some DnB but other than having hardcore/upfront well there is none. Personally, I'm not really into the whole death metal thing and when I first walked in there that was all I heard. At first, that was all I saw too. But when I got to the Hiphop vinyl selection I was impressed. They had alot of stuff from some of the most well-respected greats (greats in my book anyway. i.e. Aesop Rock, MF Doom, Swollen ...

Hogwild is one of my favorite places in the whole world. The people there are friendly and helpful. I wish that there were more places like Hogwild in this area.

Hog Wild is a small record store in the heart of down town, which makes it easily accessable from all over SA. It is not a very attractive store, but it has a wide variety of rare music and will order music for you if they dont have it in stock. Overall i think it is a good music store, but definitely not trendy looking.

Hogwild is a very mediocre indy record store, but unfortunately - it's all we've got. If you're into what's happening everywhere else in the country as far as underground music goes...don't look here. They're still stuck on cruddy hip-hop, crust-punk, and heavy metal. Very, very lame...but then, that's what San Antonio is all about, isn't it?

don't like the location or atmosphere of the store. The store needs to be cleaned.
