This place is so much more than you expect from a gift shop. They have an amazing collection of fine jewelry you won't find anywhere. And the books are amazing. Some things are out of my budget but they even ave a great greeting card collection anyone can afford.

I just love going to this store! The different product lines gives you a wonderful choice of gift giving. The negative is that you walk out having bought everything for yourself and forgot the gift.

i like that this place is kind of tucked away. it keeps it from having that megastore vibe like Neiman's or any of the other chains. the range of gifts is unusually wide, as is the price range. i like that the staff leaves you alone to look around instead of following you around like at the mall. which makes for a great atmosphere. i'm definitely telling my friends about this place!

After visiting the san antonio store for the first time i left very satified with the gifts i purchased. The employee seems to know his customers and new it was my first time in the store..He was very heplful
and polite... Will recommend to my friends...

I love stopping by to browse and inevitably end up buying great gifts for friends & myself. They have the best card selection, intriguing books, lots of delicious smelling things, amusing gadgets, and jewelry I wish I could afford.

However, I absolutely agree with some of the other reviews about the poor service. The hired help are rude ...

lucky to have this store in San Antonio.
I stop by often for cards and gifts,and sometimes i pick up a little something for myself. All my visits over the last few years
have been good. They have so much to see, touch and smell. They kinda let you browse around on your own, so i can see how this could be misunderstood as not being helpful.
there is a big range of prices,and something
for everyone.

This store always has the best selection of things. I can usually find a great affordable gift. I wish I had more Money to buy some of the jewelry in the cases.

Great Great Selection!

I've shopped there twice and both times I had a great shopping experience. the last time I wasthere was during Valentines and the store
was having party. They were serving champange, sweets and playing great music.
I love the jewelry. Its the best selection.

Nice selection of gifts, books, greeting
cards, candles, jewelry, etc., but the
staff has the typical Alamo Heights '09er
attitude which definitely makes this place
a less-than-ideal place to shop.
