    This place has neat stuff but terrible service, it's one of those places where the clerks think because they are selling expensive things they're special. I bought my best friend a gift certificate and hated the clerks so badly that she didn't actually go in and buy something till almost a year later. They hate it when you go in and ...

    omg... they need new customer service people... talk about attitudes! please fire then rehire everyone including the manager! great store terrible service. love all the items but just wasnt satisfied with the service.
