It is a really nice looking mall! Especially when they decorate it during Christmas time it looks really pretty. There are not that many name brand stores. I go there sometimes just to get my haircut or buy some nice slacks and shirts at Stein Mart or Burlington Coat Factory. But if Crossroads had some good stores like other malls for example: ...

Great, quiet but needs more upscale stores
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/28/07
Crossroads mall is excellent for almost any adult looking to shop. The downside is that the number of stores are limited and the young custodians spend almost all the time talking on their cell phones. Plus I usually do not buy anything from the Cakery because the young men who work there wear little coverage, exposing their armpits over the cakes.

Very appealing to adult community

Crossroads mall is a nice break from the teeny-bopper malls with large crowds and bad traffic. Parking slots have 'spacers' to allow room to open your car doors w/o hitting the car next to yours. You've got Hobby Lobby, Stein Mart, Burlington, Bath & Body Works, GNC, Lerner New York, Veronica's Cakery, and let me not forget the ...

Needs More
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/31/05
i am so dissapointed, Crossroads can really use a little more improvement. Attract bigger name stores. They shouldn't be so concerned about "Convention Centers" & "Meeting Rooms". There should have been an entrance from Target into the Mall. The sales people & marketing for the mall could step it up a notch or two. I hope we never see a day when the mall closes.

Badly Maintained
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/09/05
Right in front of the Southwest entrance to the mall is a large dip in the road. Even at slow speeds it causes a hard impact to an automobile's front end. That this has happened repeatedly can be proven by the many gouges in the driveway. The management is indifferent to the problem and my attempt to complain was received with arrogance, if ...

I don't mind it! Good prices
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/15/05
I shop this mall frequently. I don't need something pretty to look at. I need low prices, and a variety of stores that contains what I need, and this is just that.
I happen to like this mall!

Nasty Entrance & Exit
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/23/05
Crossroads mall needs to do something about the Entrance/Exit that runs into the garage parking lot. The smell of cigarette smoke is enough to make a person puke, it is breathe taking and has been that way for as long as I can remember. Perhaps that is why they have few busineses on that end for what the customer has to go through to enter are exit ...

Something Different
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/26/04
Crossroads offers something you won't find anywhere else in San Antonio -- a slot car track, which is a lot of fun. The movie theater offers some films you won't see at the megaplexes, too. Attached to the mall is a Super Target, which is very handy. The summertime free Jazz series is a great attraction. Crossroads is definitely unique.

Barren
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/11/04
This mall is not good at all. The store selection is scarce and it is run down. With the exception of the Burlington Coat Factory, there is no reason to go to this mall. If you're looking for a good mall in San Antonio go to North Star Mall on 410 between San Pedro and McCullough.
