I tried several martinis, with the Chocolate martini being my favorite. Other places do not compare to this bar. I like the atmosphere altough I could do w/o the smokes, but I suffer through it for the drinks. The price is about in line with martinis and worth it considering the wonderful mixology that goes on to make these drinks. Looking forward to my next visit which should be soon.

I was a little afraid to get a drink in this place because frankly I don't particularly care for the taste of strong alcohol...you might as well just do shots. I told the bartender this...and he suggested I might like an Almond Joy. After the first sip I was hooked....whenever I am in San Antonio this place is high on my list of places to visit...wish I could find the recipe...until I do...I will just have to keep going back.

I visited Swig a few years ago while on vacation in San Antonio. I tried the Chocolate Martini and was blown away by it! I have since tried MANY chocolate martini's around the country and have not found any the compare to the one at SWIG. I am returning to the River Walk in May and SWIG is definitely on my list! Bartender... get those chocolate martini's ready!

I was there second week of Feb. Great selection on cigars. Great music and best martinis. The bartenders were great. good customer service. Look foward to going back in august.

I like the drinks and the company. When they have a live band, it's great. If you are into the tequila martini's, try my husband's favorite...the Red Slipper. I like the sweeter side with the Almond Joy and Rasberry Kiss. The only thing I like more is Swig North.

I have fond memories and a empty pocket book of Swig's. I have wanted to return but due to the increase in cost, it has not been on my list of high priorities. If there were at least a reasonable Happy Hour, I may venture out once in a Blue Moon. Overall the Chocolate Martini, St Valentine, and Dirty Martini are never a bad choice. I would save ...

It was awesome! We just moved here from Michigan and are homesick, but SWIG was like our martini bar at home and we LOVE it!

Best dirty martini I've ever had! Great location on the Riverwalk. Nice specialty drink selection. Drinks are a little pricey, but worth it.

The Riverwalk location for Swig is currently immersed in some controversy regarding the stiffing of local musicians. This is the second incident I am aware of.
