This is the best place on the riverwalk for food other than Mexican. My husband and I both ordered the sirloin filet...yum! I was so great that you cannot stop eating even when your so full! It is laid upon a pile of shoestring fries that are drizzled in an olive oil based mixture that is to die for. I recommend this place over and over. Try a prickly pear margarita...or 2 or 3!
I had read very many good reviews of Budros, so I decided to try, even though I never eat at restaurants on the river, (they are never any good). It was alright but for the price, I expected a lot more...their drinks were very good though.

Best on the Riverwalk.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/14/07
We visited Boudro's for the first time this week. This is far and away our new favorite restaurant on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, our favorite in San Antonio, and probably our favorite in Texas. I'm not sure there is anything on the menu that isn't exceptional. You will love the guacamole to start. After that, we asked our waiter, ...

Consistent excellence in the food quality and presentation at a reasonable price, The best southwestern type food in town. A great location in the middle of the riverwalk promenade.

i live in florida, but have family here in san antonio. the first thing i want when i get here is the best guac in the u.s.! i recomend it to everyone!!!
We went with a party of 12 and 3 of us ordered the prime rib all 3 of us agreed that it was quite possibly the best we had ever had.
Couple this with the location right on the riverwalk and Boudros is not to be missed while in San Antonio.

Fantastic food.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/06/06
The food at Boudro's was fantastic. Everything our party of 6 got for a weekday lunch was delicious. The Boudro's Burger was the best burger I've had that I didn't make myself. The guacamole made tableside was the best ever. The salsa was great, too. The prices were a little high for lunch, but not any worse than anywhere else on Riverwalk.
