Liberty Bar is our favorite restaurant in San Antonio. The atmosphere and staff are quirky as is the leaning building but that is its charm. I LOVED everything about it!!! The taste is absolutely amazing. There is nothing I would change about this restaurant. I recommend going in the evening hours.

This was the worst Birthday Celebration for my husband and me and our guests. We had heard of the great food and ambiance.

I ate here because it was rated #1 in Yahoo! at the time. The table settings indicate something about this place: Sturdy simple wood chairs, a wood floor, and tables covered by crisp white tableclothes, covered by... brown paper.

This is one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. My ribeye steak was done exactly to order, and my companion's chicken hoja santa was the perfect blend of flavors. Our server, Susan, helped us choose the perfect wine (the Selbach Riesling) and topped the meal off with a slice of delicious cocunut cake. The perfect meal for a perfect day.

paint the building, you get the #1 rating in the city and it looks like it's going to fall down on you. The people are nice, but a little effort on the exterior would help set a better first impression.
