SHORT STAY

I love the museum and went there for a project. It was easy to find which is right outside the inner city. I love many of the painting including one section that has ancient artifacts. The only problems I did have was the security constantly following like I was gonna steal something. The worse part was that the painting are in DIM light so it's hard to see what in't covered by the light such as the attributes to the paintings.

One of the top 100 things to do before you die.

The building is quite beautiful, discreet and unassuming (almost humble). It is a perfect setting for seeing art. The room of objects owned by some of the Surrealist artists aids understanding about that period and their inspiration. Choice cycladic sculpture objects and Roman funerary portraits and two moving temporary exhibitions.

It should only be open all week long. The ancient artifacts set an odd context for the brilliant moderist pieces.
