An important journy to make
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/31/06
Everyone should visit this museum. It has many historical accounts of the tragedies of the Holocaust. Your visit, I imagine, will be quite emotional, but it's worth it, for the memories of those who suffered and died.
It is a great place to visit to pay your respects.

two thumbs up. no lie.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/06
Overall I learned not to take things for granted, appreciate the life you have right now. You sometimes may say “life is unfair.” But is it really? If you think hard, do you really think it is? Some may say so but it really isn’t. How would you like if you had to die young and have everything taken from you, your family, your friends, and your ...

I cried like a baby!
By New Candy Lyric Õƒ 360 MãƒÃŽA™, 03/22/06
This museum was extremely touching. I visit museums on the regular but I visited this one recently and needed a tissue. One of the guides was an actual survivor of the holocaust. And hearing her tell the story about her family tugged at my heart. We all need to know about history of all cultures. This museum is a must visit!

Something everyone should see.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/31/06
The museum allows one to experience the events that took place in history using actual photos, clothing, artifacts and quotes of those who suffered in the Holocaust. It is an important as well as interesting experience for everyone and helps all of us to appreciate diversity and tolerance of others.

A Great Museum
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/01/05
A great value - the museum was tastefully done and informative. I would definitely recommend blocking off two to three hours so you can take the tour and spend some time in the library. (Maybe not a good place to bring kids, though...)

Free admission
By Bonnie, 09/17/05
This is a wonderful place to learn about the Holocaust and have quiet reflection. There is a room with artifacts, a video viewing room where people talk about personal experiences, a room for quiet reflection and a courtyard. The museum is in an oddly shaped building near the children's museum. Admission is FREE.

A Moving Experience
By Wayne, 09/13/05
This is not a fun place, but it is a very moving experience. The personal testimonies were the best part for me. Additionally, for a musemum it does not take very long to see the whole exhibit. A very good place for adults and children old enough to be respectful.

A worthy museum
By Anna P, 09/11/05
The Holocaust museum is a necessary emotional and educational experience. The museum is well-designed and a very respectful tribute to the victims.
I believe it is a donation-based entry, but that may have changed.
