Although the museum was clean, we went through the whole thing in 1.5 hours. Alot of the exhibits were relics, and the staff was unhelpful. The Ancient Rome exhibit had artifacts, but no information about them except for a couple sentences. Artifacts are all this museum has, and most aren't even real.

Hated the long lines for tickets. Better know which tickets you want so you do not have to wait in line again. The Butterfly Center was great, wearing bright colors does work. Suggest to eat somewhere else before going, unless you do not mind eating McDonald's at a slightly expensive rate than normal. A lot of good restaurants on Montrose. ...

While the museum does have some interesting exhibits, I went through the whole place in just a few hours. I was surprised that many of the exhibits are not real artifacts; they are basically fakes made to look like the real thing. Given the size of the museum, the price for admission ($18 including one planetarium show) and $8 for parking, the value is below par. I did, however, like the general atmosphere of the museum district.

Butterfly exhibit is well worth the cost and the best part. IMAX offers very good film selections and plays throughout the day. The "featured exhibit" which they advertise quite a bit of is NOT included in general admission...doesn't say that anywhere in their marketing materials nor on their pricing sheet. We missed Machu Pichu ...

Great for the kids...they loved the Cockerell Butterfly Exhibit. Butterflies actually landed on their clothing. Hint: Where brightly colored clothes. My son wore a bright green and attracted many butterflies. My daughters wore turquoise and no butterflies landed on them.

The exhibits were really nice but the cost was too much. Skip the special exhibits and just go to the butterfly exhibit, it was worth it.

I loved the museum...wish they had something besides McDonalds....but hey, like kids want 3 course meals. The "visitor services" kids were nice and helpfull. Gift shops were nice...like how they have a shop for kid and adult tastes. Gift shop staff, although busy,were very helpfull and friendly when i had a few questions. A little pricey i f you go to see eveything,but well worth it. Will visit again.

The main event changes ever so often, adding to variety. The butterfly exhibit is one of a kind. The IAMX is forever remembered. The dinosaur leaves you in awe.

good organised and well managed. lot of things to learn. good place for senior citizen.

i don't like the ticket price for everyshow, every even and for every place. Even to visit musuem we have to purchase ticket.

state need to rethink about this matter so that everybody can access these facilites free of cost. thanks.
