I agree with the person who wrote about the litter on the beaches and roadsides in Galveston. I lived California for 21 years and I have never seen such trash on the beach. People just don't seem to care. Maybe if there were strict littering fines that could be enforced, that might help. Annonymous

A excelent place to stay, Staff was very freindly and the room was clean. Had a reservation for thee night left early and was not charged for the third night. Will stay here again when we visit galveston. The pool side bar was very nice.

I'm currently stationed in Galveston for the next couple of years. The entire island period could seriously benefit from some strict littering laws; beaches are a mess on the seawall.
