  • Avoid this place
    By David, 05/03/09
Forbidden Gardens advises on their website that if there is a chance of rain to call ahead and make sure they are open. There was a 30% chance of rain; I called ahead; I was told to come on out; I trekked an hour out to gardens and was turned away.

  • China in Texas

I just went to Forbidden Gardens last weekend and I can honestly say I dont see what people have been complaining about. I thought the price was very fair considering you get over 2000 years of history in one hour and all of the beauty and ambiance of china without the plane fare. • Forget These Gardens
    By toniwinkler, 07/20/08
Read about (the real thing) in the encylcopedia, even if you have to go to the library.

Everything (there) and more is shown in their brochure. Save your money!

Stop in, look at the turtles, keep your wallet closed, and leave. You can look at them w/o paying.

    This place needs renovation/repair.
