The food at the tea room is fabulous, Just what the doctor ordered for my upset tummy. My husband accompanied me and had the best time. He just couldn't say enough about MSAM. He was so impressed with all the "goodies" we have made plans to come back next week for lots more looking and lots more of the tea rooms fabulous food and apricot/mango tea! YUM !!!

  • DALLAS VISITOR
    By Jim, 06/08/09
On my most recent visit to the antique market, I found a wonderful marble top table which I put on lay-a-way. I always find a bargain or two and the team there is VERY helpful and friendly! This is truly a top notch market here in Texas.
My suggestion is to make sure you have at least a couple of hours to browse at your leisure, as there are so many dealers and the merchandise is everywhere!!!!

  • "Beverly please part with your table"
    By D M, 03/30/09
I recently visited the store and found a table I had been looking for after a long search, only to find out it was not for sale. It was apparently is owned by the owner "Beverly" who is not interested in selling it. Why display it if it is not for sale. When asked if I could leave a contact # or get the owner # in case she did decide ...

  • This place is a treasure!
    By VicandJack, 01/15/09
What a great place! I love to go to this huge antique mall and spend an afternoon. It definitely takes that long to get through it--so much great stuff. The prices are good with amazing variety, and the staff is cheerful and helpful. Be sure and eat lunch at the tea room--the food is wonderful. Very few "junky" booths, but also lots ...

    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/21/08
I have enjoed the friendly atmosphere of the Montgomery Street Antique Mall for many years. There is so much to see, and always something that I hadn't seen before.
The Tea Shoppe is always full. I reccommend making reservations. Worth the wait.I'm taking a group there this weekend.

  • Lots of great things on sale
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/17/08
Huge Antique Mall with with such a wide range of antiques. My particular favorites are primitives and shabby chic. There was lots to choose from and very affordably priced. Personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful, but didn't bug you. I came away very happy with several finds.

  • It's where I buy all my Christmas presents
    By garyhope, 12/12/07
Great big place. Lots of stuff. Lots of fun. Takes a long time to go through because of the sheer size of the place and extensive inventory.

For the past 3 or 4 years, I've bought most of my Christmas presents there. It's more fun, you get more unique and personal gifts rather than the usual department store or mall junk.

    Most ...

  • Fun place to browse around.
    By Robert, 08/27/07
You need to have some time, but there are many good finds. Lots of antique books, great furniture and great selection of antique jewelry. Also, great prices on Fiesta tableware, seconds and firsts.

  • The most fun for a hot Texas day!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/10/07
We love it! Everyone is very nice, there are all kinds of things to look at, we joke that it's like a museum where you can touch stuff! Even when we can't afford to buy anything... we go and hang out, walk around..it's cool when it's hot outside, they don't mind you just looking- there are restrooms which are clean and pretty ...

  • Can't wait to go back!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/07
We only had about 3 hours to eat lunch and browse the mall. Wish we had more time because there was so much to see! When we shop antique malls, we usually try to eat in the tearooms and this one was excellent! The service was great (our tea glasses were kept full of that wonderful apricot mango ice tea)and we really enjoyed the sampler of soup, ...
