You can walk around and shop, eat,and even drink a beer. If you don't like the price of something you are ready to purchase, you can make an offer. If the vendor says no, keep on shopping. You will always find some vendor to give you a break.[ This does not work on food or drinks]. It will take you at least 2 hours [or more] to see everything, so be patient.
