It's exciting to see all the improvements going into the Dallas Zoo. The Chimpanzee habitat and the Tiger habitat are my two favorite exhibits.

I have lived in Dallas my whole life and the Dallas Zoo has never been our best attraction. The Dallas World Aqaurium is where you want to go. The Fort Worth Zoo is much better if you are in the area.

I DON'T KNOW IF OUR FAMILY WENT ON A DAY THAT ALL THE ANIMALS WERE SLEEPING, BUT ALL WE SAW WERE A LOT OF BIRDS. THE FORT WORTH ZOO IS MUCH NICER

Yes the zoo is a little old but they have had MANY updates and additions! Such as a wonderful inactive bird experience. The zoo is a great destination for children. It has multiple exhibits and attractions. However, I would have to say the Fort Worth Zoo is better. I have been to both over the years, and I think the Fort Worth one has kept up better over the years. It is more entertaining and much more appealing. It is larger and has more to do. Both are good, but if you must pick, I would try the Fort Worth one.

I have been to the Dallas Zoo dozens of times over the last I'd say 7 maybe more years. I love it. I am studying Biology/Zoology so for me the zoo is a great place.

After seeing some of the best zoos in the country this zoo takes the back seat. It is very run down and I feel sorry for the animals. The city needs to invest some money and upgrade. The FT. Worth zoo is much better. I would recommend it over Dallas any day. If you have the time the best zoo is in San Diego, Ca.

It is a great Place for the family. We had fun too with our friends. My eight year old son never stopped asking about the way the animals live and behave.
