The girl at the reception with black long hair is so rude. People are there to help and she just looks at you like she is better than anybody there. For a place that charges so much for their services, they should be careful about who they hire. That fact would make me not want to go back. Expensive and bad customer service....not so much!!!

Everything was great! I left feeling relaxed and wonderful. Everyone is very nice and helpful. This is my 2nd visit and I will definitely be back.

Very relaxing, everyone was SO FRIENDLY! The esthetician Irena there was the best I have experienced. It seems Europeans have extensive knowledge in not only skin care, but over all health as well. My favorite is a therapuetic massage. It is absolutley wonderful!

I arranged a bridal party at the Grand Spa for one of my best friends and had a wonderful time. The party coordinators Ellen and Melinda were extremely helpful and went out of their way to customize our party for us. We had a chocolate fountain and champagne in our own seperate area. My friend and the rest of the party were extremely pleased with our day and have agreed to go back whenever someone else decides to get married.
