it was funny but a beer cost 4.00 a bottle, we was there 3/16/08 and this is the first time that we have been to a comedy club but we do list to the comedy channel on XM radio.

Great place alot of fun ! Tables a little crowded at 8 per but none the less its awesome place to hang out and get a lil tipsy

I have been several times to the improv in Dallas. The comedians are always funny. The seating stinks (chairs to close). If a large person sits next to you, you are in for a very intimate night. Smokers have better seating (can’t figure this one out)
The food is horrible.
If you want to see some great comedy this is the place to go. I keep going back because of the comedy not the place. I would recommend for the comedy ONLY

The seat were packed to close the waiter kept hitting me every time they walked by and the actuall smoking seat had a better view. There was another guy at a different table where the waiter bumped him and made his drink fall all over his shirt. The comics were funny but the
actual waiters bumping in to me every time the had an order or people ...

The service is poor to say the least. Even if you call ahead or purchase tickets on line, you must go early to get your seats. For example, I called ahead and purchased 4 tickets. We got there about 15 minutes befor the show started. The four of use were split into 2 groups of 2. They do not reserve your seats.

Also, the wait staff has been horrible every time we have been.

Stay at home and see these guys on TV!

I went with my husband and friends and Shawn was a blast. He was sooo funny. I would love to see him open and star more.

The Improv in Dallas was a blast for adults that like to have fun. My husband and I went to see Alanzo Boden, Jay London and Gary Gulman on Oct 2nd, 2004.
