If you want to go somewhere that no one speaks english or understands anything you are saying then this is the place to go. Not only do you not get seated but you are pushed around by rude busboy's, arrogant hostess's and an incredibly clueless manager. I recommend not traveling to that particular zipcode at all!

The food was good and service was great! The hostess was very nice and smile a lot.Eventhough there was a long line wait but it's worth it!.I will come back for more.

The food was great but the hostess was bad and had an attitude. There was a blatant display of unfairness in seating customers. Instead of apologizing, she talked back . Will not go back.

Great food and a great atmoshphere. I live around the corner so its perfect for take out. I love going there for a quiet dinner, and with its cheap prices I get more food than I could ever eat. The wait staff is nice and informative, and you can get many of the dishes mild if you would prefer it. Always get their soups, they are the best. Hope you enoy our little hole in the wall thai place!

The food here is lacking. The fried spring rolls are doughy and tough to eat. The noodle dishes are poorly spiced- there is just not much flavor in the cooking and almost no spicy heat. Although the food is good, the service isn't. Not only did they not sit us even though 2/3 people were there, the staff argued with us when we were tried to order something that they didn't like.

Absolutely love this restaurant! We visit Royal Thai once a week. The food is delicious and the service is the best!

Kids should not dine at this restaurant, and its too relaxing and they prefer to be messy and loud.

Having moved here from an incredibly diverse (Toronto), which had some of the finest Thai restaurants this side of the Pacific, Dallas was a let down in the ethnic food department. However, Royal Thai comes close to decent Thai food. The food is good and the service is excellent.
