RoachesThe food and service are great but today makes the 3rd time that we have been eating and there were roaches crawling on the wall. This time however, when we mentioned it to our waiter, he told us "Oh, that happens all the time". That's the last time I will be going there.OVERALL

YUM YUM!!!love the homestyle cookin!!! just cant beat their tastey rolls! dont forget to ask for cheese on your salad...sometimes you get it sometimes you dont. Well a chain by any other nameThis place is just a Black Eyed Pea store in a different wrapper. The wrapper though is extremely nice. The Lakewook location and pre WWII building add to the ambience and don't just shout "CHAIN"

The Grilled Catfish is WonderfulThe grilled catfish is very tasty and
the rolls are supurb. They will also provide
you with all the iced tea you want and
will let you choose two veggies.
The one complaint is that they have recently
discontinued the Sugar snap peas in their
menu. Hope they will come back soon as I plan

Good Food, Bad PictureThe food is great, we eat there or take out about once a month. Besides the chicken, I like the pot roast. Amazing Food!Okay, so if you're looking for lowfat or lowcal, do not go here! But if you're looking for the best Chicken Fried Anything, this is the place to go. Their fried chicken is amazing, as is the Chicken Fried Steak. All of the food is very southern and delicious. The banana pudduing was amazing, too!
