The best in Austin!The Texas Memorial Museum is absolutely the best in Austin. Admission is always free. There is now a guide by cellphone feature available. If your questions still aren't answered, the museum staff is always willing to assist. I've never been disappointed by any of my numerous visits to this amazing museum. Spend the whole day there!!The name is misleading; it makes me think of dull historical whatnot. The TMM is instead a TERRIFFIC little natural science museum packed with enough bones, gems, animals, dinosaurs, bugs and who knows what else to keep you busy and fascinated for hours.
