It has everything from Hank Williams Sr's 1st wife's wedding dress to the corn field prop from Hee Haw! It's awesome! When you first enter, there are gold records around the stairs
The day we went we saw quite a few of country music stars (Little Big Town, Big & Rich, Kix Brooks and Montgomery Gentry). There are many exhibits to see and facts to learn.

dissappointed

over rated and over priced. Not all of the real stars were viewed . The old museum was better . I took a friend this time and we were both disappointed.
I liked the hall of fame. It had a lot of cool memorabilia. My favorite part was the tour of Studio B. That was very cool and very interesting. Our tour guide was great, he talked about the stars like he has known them his whole life. I would recommend visiting the hall of fame!

Enjoyed the visit
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/14/06
It is worth a visit if you are in Nashville. Spent about 2 hours and could have spent a little more-but enjoyed what I saw. At $16 admission, it would be "high" for a return visit. There is a parking lot across the street where you are supposed to self-pay. Beware of any "parking lot attendant" who greets you as you come ...

Very Costly
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/19/05
I am not sure why it costs almost 20 bucks. There is really not that much to see there. In their brochure they could have said parking is available right across the street, but it only stated parking lots are nearby, also Nashville could put up a few signs pointiing the way but i didn't see any, so i had to ask where it was located.

Great!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/25/05
I visited the rock n roll hall of fame and the country music hall of fame in the same month. I thought the CMHF was put together far better than the RRHF. I am going back to Nachville next month with my husband and I will be taking him!

No need to be a country music fan
By Dave, 07/14/05
Since I'm not in any way a country music fan I wondered why I was dragged to the CMHF. What I thought I could breeze through in an hour my friends and I spent over three. The museum is set up in chronological order and each state is completely interactive ranging from before the civil war until recent years. There are several chances to view ...
