We stood in line 1 hour to check in, never had to do that even in Vagas! The elevators didn't work most of the time & we couldn't find the stair wells. The food servers in the lobby were very rude & not helpful at all. our room keys didn't work twice & had to fight our way back down to the lobby. Granted it is beautiful ...

Although a beautiful property, this place WILL rob you blind. During my extensive travels, I've seen outrageous food prices in hotels... but this place blows everything else I've ever seen out of the water. The food prices are ASTRONOMICAL! I loved all the glamour and lights at the hotel. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching whatever.
But we were disappointed in the hidden fees the 15 dollar a day extra charege the $20 parking fee. What is up with that.? Tell me this on the phone instead be ready to pay $40 extra than the rate they promised.

this is one place you must put on your list as a place to see at christmas time.the rooms are soooo much better than a couple of years ago.only one negative the river side buffet cafe is laid out all wrong.long lines for one course and no lines for another course.we can't wait to go back.next time 3 or 4 nights instead of 2.

I did not stay at this hotel but wanted to visit since I was shopping at Opry Mills. The gardens were absolutely beautiful. Very pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed 1 night on nov. 1st 2008, hotel is awesome the room was small but ok not worth over 200 dollars though.Parking was $18 plus tax, which I think is crazy when you are staying there. Would visit again but probably not stay the night.
