Compared to other cities that offer options of riverboat rides that do not force you into purchasing dinner and show tickets this is just way overpriced. The show is what it is - hokey old style Nashville . I would love to have options like other cities (Pittsburgh PA) where a small fleet of boats offer reasonably priced rides up the river and back.

I paid for the ride and buffet. You could also ride only and save a few dollars or go all out and get the show in the theater. The food was suprisingly good. The boat is very nice and clean. Entertainment was mediocre, some talented performers, some lacking. Food was okay but the service was just awful.
Not sure it was worth the price.

I had been on the ShowBoat many years ago and remembered it was an excellent show and a great dinner then. When we went back this time I was not disappointed. We took my daughter and her new husband with us and they were utterly amazed at the show and the curise and the meal. EXCELLENT Time EXCELLENT value. we will go again next time we are in Nashville. We got what we paid for and MORE. HIGHLY recommend this when visiting Nashville!!!

Our experience was mediocre at best. We booked the General Jackson, but ended up on the Music City Queen. The table settings were very nice when we walked in, but the food was also mediocre and at around $100 per person you would expect more.
