I really like Cool Springs mall because of the way it's laid out and the great stores and carts with cool stuff. I LOVE the aromatherapy booth called Relax Wraps that's outside NY & Co. Those are so cool and SO much better now that it's a different company there. I also like the Dog booth to get designer stuff for my new puppy.

It has everything there, but it is too crowded

My husband and I travel frequently to Nashville, going to Titans games, rodeo's or just to shop. We always go to Cool Springs Mall. It is a great place to shop. Our trips there have always been very pleasant. When my husband gets tired of keeping up with me, he just finds a chair and waits for me. We've never had any problems with any of the vendors there. It's a great place to shop!!!

I agree with the other review. The men and women in the middle of the isles would not take no for an answer. One in particular just put this gadget up to head and proceeded to massage my head, without me saying it was OK. Because it would have NOT been OK. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
