  • A Must See

I wasn't able to do the tour but just being outside the L. Hotel was amazing. Seeing a true piece of history makes you think on the positive side of life and realize how blessed we really are.

  • Would do it again!
    By C.C., 05/25/08
OMG, this place is awesome. I really wasn't expecting what I got. I did the audio tour with Rubie Dee & Ossie Davis doing the narration. It was awesome. There was so much information. The part across the street that gives the timeline leading up to Dr. Kings death is so detailed.

It is a must see for everyone.

After seeing the National Civil Rights Museum on TV I want to visit for myself. After visiting the Museum near the 40th anniversary of MLK assasination, the experience is moving and tremendous.

  • It touched my heart
    By MAS, 02/10/08
I recommend this sight for all Americans. You can't experience something like this and be the same. It make you want to stand UP for those things that are important to us all. Dr. King and all who stood up, who spoke out, who labored are the Great American Leaders and Heroes of our time. Don't take my word, see for yourself!

  • Proud to Have Gone
    By flyskoolgirl, 09/14/07
I loved the scene. It was historical and worth the miles. Of course, I would go back with friends and family. The last time I went was with friends, and I became very emotional. Someday when my child is older, I plan to him or her also.
