My family and I recently went to Alligator Adventure and we had a blast! The variety of reptiles they have at the park is awesome! And the shows were really neat and informative. A great place to go no matter what your age is! And if your a big fan of reptiles you are in for a treat!

Great place to take the kids, I have not seen a kid yet that didn't like this place. The ticket price is very reasonable since the next day is free. If you do go I have one bit of info, the park is open till 11:00 so if you go in the summer months it is best to go about 6:00 when the crowds thin out and the heat of the day burns off, also the animals seem more active at dusk.

there was nothing not to like. very fun and excited i love when they have the feeding time. best of all i like how they take good care of them all. we are coming back this year and probably will be back.
We visited Alligator Adventure in June 2008 with our two sons - then 3 yrs. old and 6 mo. old. The park, staff and animals were fantastic! Drinks, snacks and t-shirts inside the park were very reasonably priced, too. We used our second day on our way home from the beach and it was a nice end to a vacation.
My family loves Alligator Adventure. The 2nd day free promotion is great as well. We save the second day to go back and catch a show or watch a feeding. Another option my teenager enjoys is going at night one visit and daytime the next. Visiting at night is another experience altogether. You can't see as many gators but you hear them ...

Great Deal

My family loves Alligator Adventure, especially the grandkids. The workers are very friendly & are willing to talk to you about their animals
Also the best thing is you get 2 days for the price of one.
This place was expensive ($18 for an adult), but it was still worth seeing. My favorite was the largest croc on display in the U.S. It was over 20 feet long!! I've never seen anything so huge. It was interesting to walk around and see all the different types of alligators. I also got to see a feeding show, which was interesting because many of the crocs jumps out of the water to catch the food.

We stayed at Myrtle Beach Barefoot Resort and while with that company at Barefoot Resort, we visited Alligator Adventure.
I highly recommend Alligator Adventure as a great learning environment for the kids.
We also loved the entire Barefoot Landing experience. Myrtle Beach Barefoot Resort provided a shuttle service to their Oceanfront Beach ...

This was my first visit to Alligator Adventure. while a bit over-priced, it was very entertaining and educational. My two nieces (ages 11 and 10) and my nephew (age 8) loved seeing ll of the reptiles and enjoyed the interactive show.
The adults in the group enjoyed the animals and exhibits as well. However, it is a small park and you can go thru ...
