What a great idea this tour is for visitors to Myrtle Beach. Besides being fun, our group really learned so much about this place. We have some amazing and awesome photos of the area too. It takes the south of here and now all the way back. Special feeling to wander around the haunted graveyard with the moss and stories. Visited the 18th ...

Good Times!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/09
I love the tour and especially the guides, who are very cool people and are obviously passionate about giving the tours. Virgil was so entertaining and really made the experience fun! This tour was definately worth the cost, down to every penny. I live across the country, but if I am near South Carolina, I would certainly revisit the Safari Jeep Tour. This is a must do! We love you guys!

My Friends Loved It!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/09
I had some friends here visiting for a brief while and rather than do the normal things at the beach, we decided to do one thing out of the ordinary. We chose Carolina Safari Jeep Tours and are we glad we did! Lots of history; fun riding in the jeep; ecology was facinating...priced right and just the fun thing to do while at the beach. Loved the tour and so did my friends (who are truly "the Hamptons" type). They would do it again!

HORRIBLE!
By caro5931@sbcglobal.net, 06/01/09
Absolutely horrible, the tour itself is crap, the jeep is about to brake down and is basically a death trap, the people that run this are liers that con tourists into such high prices. really was a down right horrible experience.

Family Reunion Perfection
By janie, 05/17/09
My sister and I came down to Myrtle Beach last week to check out some things to do during our family reunion in August. We already have the hotel but weren't sure about events, restaurants, fun things and all. We sure found one of those in the Carolina Safari Jeep Tours. Selfishly, we can't wait to come and do it again but mainly we know ...

Best Time, Best Tour
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/15/09
From the time we booked (about a month in advance) until we actually took the tour we enjoyed chatting with the safari people, they were polite and helpful in every way. Then the actual tour: well that was really a best time experience for everyone of us on the jeep. There was a couple from NJ, one from Alabama, a single California lady and us ...

Pick this tour, for sure!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/26/09
Our hotel recommended this tour. We are so happy they did so. This is the kind of thing when you might expect something fun and kind of interesting. We got that and so much more. We saw some wildlife right in front of us in a natural situation. An osprey actually caught a fish when he dive bombed into a lagoon. We sure learned about this ...

Our group stayed at the Hampton Inn Northwoods which was excellent by the way, We did some wonderful things and had some wonderful meals in Myrtle Beach, Our best time by far was when our group went with the Carolina Safari Tours. We laughed as much as we learned about the striking area just beyond Myrtle Beach through the eyes of our tour ...

The Safari is a do right now in MB thing.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/17/09
Basically? It was all like. Liked the jeeps (big red canvas top things) Liked the guide (smart, sassy and cool) Liked what we saw (mossy oak places, haunted graveyards, a different sort of island) Liked what we heard (about ghosts, about real history all the way back to the Indians) Liked how we felt (like big adventurers) All in all, do this right now. Plan on it. You will be glad. We sure were.
