  • Still the best!
    By ncmotormaid, 08/21/08
Each year my family and I visit Myrtle Beach for a few days. We have tried various buffet restaurants over the years and Seafare is still the best. It is our favorite and we always go back. Forget the others.

  • For real seafood lovers
    By food warrior, 08/01/08
We tried two seafood buffets at Myrtle Beach, Seafare and Crabby Mike's. Seafare was more expensive than Mike's, $34 for adults as compared to $23 at Mike's. However, if you enjoy all types of seafood, to include no only fried (or calabash), but also steamed, broiled and raw, then Seafare is best for you. The raw oysters, steamed ...

  • EXCELLENT IN ALL AREAS
    By gldnsrgr8, 07/14/08
We live in Lexington, South Carolina and frequent the beach quite a bit during the summer. We ALWAYS go to the Seafare to eat at least once, maybe twice, each visit to the beach. Our 3 children LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the mermaids and the pirate waiters. The mermaids give out beads to all of the little kids and they just love it. The food is excellent ...

  • I live close by and will not go back
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/26/08
Way over priced and food was not good. Crab Legs could not be prepared worse. Better buffets close by for 1/2 the price. Tourist trap for thoughs that do not normally experance the the great sea food from our area.

  • I live here and will not go again
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/24/08
The food was so over priced for what they offer. Nothing was fresh. There are only a few items on the buffet that people were going to. The servers came in to start monitoring that people were only taking a small portion of the steamed seafood (shrimp and crab). As for the service, it didn't exist. We got one drink refill and that was it. The ...

  • Never again!!!!!!!!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/20/08
This our second trip to this restaurant and I think that it a real ripoff. They charge you $23.99 a dinner and give you a $4.00 discount coupon and then ask you to leave a tip from 15 to 20%. For what? A girl gave us our first and only drinks, and took away our dirty plates two times. 3 people @ $19.99 a plate and a $11.65 tip plus tax. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

  • We can't wait to go back!!!!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/27/07
    We liked everything about this
    restaurant. My 3 grandkids loved
the mermaids (even had their photo
made with them) - the pirates came
by our name and pretended to sword
fight as I asked if they would
surprise my grandkids. The grandkids and our family will go
back here in August and guess what? Yep, my grandkids will be
    wearing pirate ...

  • CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/29/07
This year my family visited Myrtle Beach for the first time. My boss had been there during Feb. and told me about Seafare. On Easter we ate there for dinner and it was exquisite. They have a live band play every night and as you walk in there is a little pool where employees swim dressed as mermaids. The service was great!! Everytime I cleaned my ...
