The service was excellent! I have heard all about Joe's Crab Shack and a group of friends and I decided to check it out when we were on vacation. We went to the one located at Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach, SC. The atmosphere was great! The servers danced and the music was enjoyable! We had a free appetizer coupon and the crab dip was amazing! We all got the 2lb Snow Crab legs with two sides for $20. We can't wait to go back!

My husband had fish that was dry and served over ALOT of breading and I had crab legs that were very dry and nasty. The food was not good and we will not be back we paid $55.30 for a bad meal. NOT good and OVER priced.

The food was HORRIBLE!!! The cheesebread was BURNT!!! Everything was disgusting!! The only nice thing was that we were seated on the patio next to the kid playset, so that helped the ansy 3 year old. The service was slow, and hurried. I would rather eat McDonalds.

Everytime we go to myrtle beach, we always go to Joe's crab shack. It is a great place because it has not only crab, but lobster and stuff for kids

The atmosphere in the restaurant is fantastic, Food was awesome and their teeshirts ar funny picture a crab getting whacked by a mallet and the crab is saying "I got hammered at the crab house"

I wasn't impressed with this place. The food isn't all that and the price is a little steep for the quality. Ambiance? at Joe's? get real ! If you want ambiance, a crab shack is not where you find it. If you want superb seafood, you have to go to the places in Calabash or Murrells Inlet where they actually know something about seafood.
