My family and I have gone for the last 17 years, Charleston itself is very beautiful, and very unique, but the waterfront park has always been a favorite place of mine, its a great place to be, a feel good spot. Ive also played in the fountain sence i was a little girl and that was always been a favorite, this is a must place to go.

The Waterfront Park is a nice little break if you've been walking around or sitting in traffic in downtown Charleston all day. There isn't anything to per say "do" at the park, just sit on a swing and watch the boats come in and out on the water. It's free of charge so it's a nice little place to visit.

I have been going to Charleston since I was a little girl. It is my favorite city of all time. Just walking through the city will put you in a relaxed mood. Everyone should take a visit to this city of history.

We always walk the park and stop and spend a few minutes in a big swing. We love watching the big freighters and the dolphins. Our kids have played in the fountain although I'm not sure that you are supposed to do that.

Waterfront park is beautiful! You can walk down the pier, sit on the porch swings, read a book in the shaded area, and look at Mt Pleasant from across the water.

My wife and I went down to spend labor day and had a blast. We walked the whole waterfront. Saw people fishing, dolphins swimming in the bay,just a great labor day. Next time my fishing rods are coming along.

I went on our first date to the harbor and we relaxed at the pineapple water fountian. The date was held on Feburary 15th. It was the most romantic date. Six months later we were married at the pineapple water fountian. It was a beautiful wedding, and everytime I see the fountian on the Charleston News, in magizines I can't help but think about the our first date and the beautiful wedding we had. These memories will last forever.
