Waterfront Park was very enjoyable. Our 7 yr. old grandson asked to go back several times during our vacation to play in the foundains.

It is such a relaxing atmosphere and the other tourists were all so friendly.

You will want to take a liesurely walk all around the area to fully enjoy it. Don't be in a rush.

the wonderful sight seeing attractions. People of the age 6 would like it but they wouldnt like to stay there for very long because their very active and they get bored quick. On the other hand people in the older ages might take intrest in this magnificent atraction.

This is a must see when you are in Charleston, during any season. This is what a relaxing Southern day is all about. During the summer, have your kids bring their towels so they can splash around in the fountain. LOVE IT!!!!!!!

When my husband and I lived in this area, we used to love to spend our free time riding our bicycles through the park, and just enjoying the view. The Pineapple fountain and old cannons are great points of interest you must see and photo if you visit.

A nice park with beautiful fountains and veiws of the harbor. Residents and tourists alike take advantage of a pretty place to stroll and sit and watch the water and people. Pier with swings and Pavillion. Really pretty. Special events scheduled at times.

I liked the waterfront park it was beautiful,but when the people we were visiting said "let's go to the waterfront park" I thought they were talking about a theme park like six flags or something, to get there and all I see is fountains. It needs to be renamed or something.

The Waterfront Park in Charleston is a wonderful place to go, whether as a way of relaxing after a day of walking the shops, or as a great way of just enjoying the sights and watching the ships come by. loved the big swings and fountains. Also loved the view of the harbor and the USS yorktown. Best time to visit is in the spring so you can see the azaleas bloom. Most enjoyable for families with young kids who like playing in the water!!

The Waterfront Park in Charleston is one of my favorite places to go. It's relaxing just to sit, or swing, and look out onto the water. I have always dreamed of having my wedding right there under the trees over looking the water. It is just beautiful!!
