poor managementManagement did nto repsond to a very poor seating stutaioon tonight - my party of eight was seated in an area with extremely cool blowing air. Our server said "sorry the front lost the a/c, nothing I could do". Managment lost an opportunity to have raving fans, rather, the young man BLAMED the a/c company. Very DisappointedI had been here before and enjoyed it, but that was a few years ago and my how things have changed.
We had a reservation and still had to wait half an hour for our table. I'm not sure if the waiter was really tired, annoyed that we were at his table or just really indifferent. A real disappointment!I have been taking visitors to Blossom for several years and never had a bad experience. However, in June, three of us had lunch there and the food was so dreadful that I simply chose not to eat it. Their crab melt on marbled rye may have been better if a ten-year old had made it. Loved the porkchop!We tried many restaurants in the Charleston area and were most delighted with Blossom. I had a fantastic porkchop with mashed sweet potatoes.
Every bite was better that the one before. Ecstacy . I'd love to have the recipe for the pork. Among the best in CharlestonWe had a truly excellent experience at Blossom in Charleston, South Carolina. The food was delicious (try the crab raviolis or BBQ snapper.) Our waiter was prompt, entertaining, and charming. The restaurant was lovely, elegant, yet had a high energy feeling to it due to the open kitchen and seating style of the restaurant.
