    Marble House is the ultimate definition of opulence. Each room seems more splendid than the last. Overall, I found this to be more spectacular than any palace in Europe - - after all, it is much newer and has been painstakingly restored by the Newport Preservation Society.     I loved the architecture of the mansion, it was detailed with rich golds, and there was marble everywhere. Its a great mansion to see. It's nice to visit anytime of the year, but if you go in the summer it's the most crowded time of the year. Visit the mansion with someone you care for. It's a family activity
