I liked the area around the lake and the flora and fauna, but I didn't like the swamp gas and some of the environmental issues that seemed to abound here.
I love this place and highly recommend it. It is worth the drive and it's free.

The John Heinz Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum is a nice and quick getaway for the city dweller and the Cusano Center is very nice with it's interactive and educational displays.
