There was no crystal bridge, just a rusted one in need of repair, no butterflies, green water and could hardly see the fish, waterfall was weak...nothing like ad. very disappointed! should be free, nothing special.

something great to see
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/22/09
the gardens are beautiful inside what looks like a giant can laying down. there are waterfalls and exotic plants from all over the world. if you walk around the outside there is a "river" full of large coy that runs underneath and around the outside. it is a little trashy and looks run down, but only on the outside. its something you definitly have to see when you visit oklahoma city.

Awesome Central Park
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/10/07
You wouldn't think you'd find such a well done tropical oasis in the middle of the country - yet Oklahoma City's Central Park lives up to that. The Myriad Gardens is one of downtown's most popular attractions because of its "natural, quiet feel" in the heart of a major city downtown - very similar feeling to NYC Central ...
I came here after my time in Calif in 2005..every thing was in bloom amazing i recommend if your a Gardner at heart and have a green thumb unlike me..you will come and enjoy

Great experience.

My family loved the Gardens. It's a beautiful place with a large selection of plants and flowers and was well worth the money. The waterfall is amazing. My son especially liked the birds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only bad things are that there were no diaper changing areas in the bathrooms and it's not very accessible for strollers/wheelchairs.

Beautiful and relaxing

The Myriad Botanical Gardens was a pleasant surprise for us. It was near our hotel so we could walk and not worry about parking. We walked the gardens and enjoyed the plants, fountains, fish and peacefulness of these gardens free of charge. We visited the indoor exibit (cost for this) and enjoyed it very much. We enjoyed watching children feed ...
The Botanical Gardens were very nice and pretty even though the day we went it was over 110 degrees outside so inside we were defently sweating, since it was so humid. Kids get to do a questionare. The guy who ran the place seemed strange. The plants were marvelous.

What a Surprize!

This is a wonderful experience for anyone who has an appreciation for plants. There is a wonderful assortment, nicely displayed. This is much more than one would expect in a midwestern cowtown.
