I LIKE AND ENJOY CROSSROADS MALL BECAUSE IT HAS EXCELLENT SERVICE GOOD MERCHANDISE AND WONDERFUL PRICES AND ITS A CLEAN ENVIROMENT SOMEWHERE WHERE ME AND MY FRIENDS CAN MEET EACH OTHER AND PURCHASE THINGS THAT WE LIKE....

lots of activity, good selection.
Prices are decent, lots of sales going on year around.

THIS MALL IS FAILING. ALOT OF THE STORES ARE YOUR BASIC OVERSEAS JUNK STORES AND THEY SEEM TO GO IN AND OUT ALOT. THIS MALL HAS WENT DOWN TO FAR IN THE LAST 4 YEARS THAT IT SHOULD BE COMPARED TO HERITAGE PARK MALL IN MIDWEST CITY, OK AND SHEPARD MALL IN OKC.

I dislike that there seems to be mainly a lot of kids hanging out in the mall-whom are unruly. I don't see any security inside the mall. This mall gets a bad rating because the movie theatre is often loud with disturbing people and kids in it. There are not a lot of good selections of stores in the mall and there are no good restaurants in the mall. There's not even a food court, there's just a bunch of miscellaneous restaurants scattered everything. This mall seems disorganized.

Is dirty, and does not have many good store. Has a lot of 'junk' stores.
