Whether you're interested in the history and roots of rock, curious about the greatest musicians in rock's roughly half-century history, or just enjoy the music, you simply can't visit Cleveland and not check out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They have exhibits in which you can listen to some of the greatest music and artists in ...

A Rock'n Good Time
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/12/06
This was an interesting place to visit although a bit crowded and hard to see some exhibits. The costumes and artifacts were most interesting although some poorly lighted and hard to read. We especially enjoyed the life-like bust of Steven Tyler. That was amazing! An enjoyable time in beautiful surroundings. We recommmend this trip for adults and teens, but leave the little ones at home.
$20 seemed a bit much to see the memorabilia, but it was worth it. It about a 3-4 hour tour. I dont expect to see it again so its one of those "once in a lifetime" experiences for me. I really enjoyed the walk down memory lane with the music & ambiance. It would be good for younger & older to see, anyone that enjoys Rock & Roll. I highly recommend it to anyone in the Cleveland area with an afternoon & $20 to blow
We have visited the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame a dozen times in the last 8 years. No, we do not live in Cleveland, we are a 7 hour drive away, so we have to make a 3 day weekend of it or stop on our way home from vacation, and it's well worth the effort. No, cameras are not allowed. And it's not because they want you to buy stuff in their ...
This is the place to check out if you like music! This place is awesome! I was there all day and I needed and extra day to check out everything! I will go back to check out more history! I was a trip down memory lane for me!
The building and its location are very cool. An ultramodern structure right on the lake. Some of the displays inside were very cool, depending on your musical tastes and favorite artists. We loved seeing Neil Peart's drum setup and the various costumes worn by different artists onstage.
We went when U2 was being inducted, and that didn't ...

While not a bad experience, I would never suggest a trip to Cleveland solely to see the R & R HOF; combined w/ a trip to an amusement park or to a ball game makes such a trip more worthwhile. Why? 1)Much of the memorabilia is great but it is limited to that which is donated by the performers. My teenage son wondered aloud why there wasn't ...

Glad I went!

I was in Cleveland a little. It was my first time to to the States. I liked this museum very much. The building is beautiful and I was happy to learn about American Rock and Roll music there. I bought gifts for my friends at the museum and made many pictures. I want to go again.
