  • Great

This was grande, Because it was real, down to earth and felt historical and not like a "touring place" had alot of great art, old art and just that St. Feeling about it. We were all afraid to take pics and Yes do not take them with flash and fade the art. other than that. This is a place to stop to, after St. Patrick's. Put it on your list

  • Peaceful and comforting

Loved this part of our Ground Zero journey. This was such an emotional part of our trip. The church really has a lot of history and is so comforting and peaceful in the middle of all of the chaos of downtown.

The best way to end your trip to Ground Zero.

  • Memorable

I took my family on our first trip to NYC in August 2005 and then took a trip with girlfriends in March 2006. The history here is overwheming, from George Washington praying here after his inauguration to the fact that it is still standing after Sept. 11, 2001. You must go, you'll never forget it.

  • do not miss this experience
    By krakatoa, 11/23/05
After seeing ground zero and then walking into St.Paul's Chapel we were truly humbled. Seeing and learning all that happened in the Chapel during 9-11 was a very moving experience. After the prayer that was offered to all during our visit, we left with tears in ours eyes. At no time were donations ask for, but all that we saw left something for the Chapel. Do not miss this opportunity. It is emotional.

  • MOVING!

What a moving experience! We stood in awe at the remembrances of the 9/11 attacks. This should be a stop on every tourist's agenda.

  • A humbling experience
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/18/05
This is truly an amazing place on earth, especially after the attacks of 9/11. To be under that roof is a humbling and moving experience - one I won't soon forget. God was watching over it that day and subsequently it provided such comfort to those brave workers who came to rest. Everyone should walk through those doors and reflect on that awful time and remember those who died, and those who worked so hard. It is a beautiful place as well.
