I have always dreamt of living in NYC. In the very heart of downtown, bustling with sheer excitement. I would love to own a condo overlooking central park, jog to the Mosque for Fajr Prayers and come back to leave for the Hospital. Right there in my hearl is placed the heart of NYC, the best city in the world apart from the holy cities of Jerusalem, Mecca and Medina.

It's a beautiful mosque! It's awe-inspiring! I loved it! People were very friendly and the place was very spiritually uplifted! The Imam was very nice!
I must say it was a wonderful experience...I took lots of picture...it's more than worth it to visit this mosque..I would highly recommand it to anyone!

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO BE INSIDE A MULIM/ISLAMIC
PLACE OF WORSHIP AND FEEL VERY SPIRITUAL FOR A HINDU-JAIN COUPLE...I HAVE BEGUN SHEDDING MY HATE AND BEGINNING TO EDUCATE ...HOPE,MORE AND MORE PEOPLE BEGIN TO DO THE SAME.....IT'S NEVER TOO LATE :-)

As I mentioned in the title, I found the security, shopkeeper, worshipers and leaders to be very hospital and warm. My husband, baby and I spent hours there learning about Islam and marveling at the modern, yet traditional architechture. Although very new (completed in '96) this is the first architechturly correct mosque in the city. Defenitely a must see FOR ALL THAT nEW yORK HAS TO OFFER.

very nice place to viste, I loved it and was very pleasent to look at. We were there for thanks giving weekend. SO if you have a chance to go here please do go and support this place.

a nice overall shape to the building however i felt the place lacked any spirtual benefit for me or my tour of 150 tourists. not really a place worth visiting.

Praying in the mosque is a great experience. Beautifully built, friendly people.

it says on your site that you are open 24 hours so I brought youngesters from our Islamic sunday school at 8:00 PM and you were unfortunately closed and there were no signs of life at all. What are the hours that yuo are open if not 24 hours 7 days a week?
