The Best Zoo I've EVER Been ToMy husband and I went to 2007. Now we have a 14 month old that adores animals, we were waiting for the summer rush to go down, and we should be taking him in a couple weeks. But the zoo has soooo much to see and do. overall a great experiencei think overall the experience at the zoo was great. walking up to the zoo, the area is a little unwelcoming but once inside the zoo there is SO much to see. on wednesdays its free day. its only donations if you want to. we went on a wednesday and i don't think i would do it again because it was packed with tons of school kids. its definetly ...Was this review helpful? Terrific TimeOur family enjoyed the Bronx Zoo. The animals were plentiful and visible. The staff was pleasant.
We saw lions and tigers, bears, giraffes, elephants, rhinos and cheetas. New this summer are the wild african dogs.

OMG!I loved the Bromx Zoo because they have everything! If you go there, you HAVE to go to the Kongo Gorrlia thing! Its sooooooo cool! Its also a very kid freindly place! Wild in the WildWith the wild and crazy atmospher of NYC, what better place to have a Zoo. It is the best of both worlds. You enter and see a world beyond immagination. Monkeys, Lions, Seals, Pandas. It's a reflection of NYC. Its a great deal "safari" and it is great to go by yourself, with family, or with friends.

Definitely worth the trekHuge zoo, didn't even get to see it all, but what I saw I loved. They had a wide variety of animals and exhibits. The Congo gorillas were amazing! GRINNING EAR TO EARHello, My name is Teresa and I recently had the chance to visit the Bronz zoo with my family. My face hurt when I left because I was grinning from ear to ear the whole time I was there. There are so many things to see there whether you are young or old. If I could visit any place over and over again it would defintely be the Bronx Zoo, not only is it great fun but you also get a nice leg workout from walking so much!Was this review helpful?
