Experience of a Lifetime!I had read all the reviews on-line and was more than nervous about purchasing the tour for my husband's birthday. There was no way we could have been happier with the entire experience! The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The tour was breathtaking and informative. Rude and LONG waitThe staff here is rude and tried to make us wait over an hour past our confirmed reservation time. We left after that since it got dark and we didn't want to do the tour anymore. They wouldn't refund our money and never apologised - none of the 3 we spoke with.

we booked and paid before we left UK.thinking everthing was paid for but.....on arriving at heliport we all had to pay an extra $2.50 (6 of us so this was another $15) for security.then another $1 for a locker. bewarned there are extras.You did not find this review helpful.12 of 16 Yahoo!
