I loved the tour. We went to The Jimmy Fallen Show, SNL, and NBC News studios. The tour guides were very informative and were able to answer all the questions that our group had. In fact, we were really impressed with everything they knew. I can only think that things must have changed since the past negative reviews were posted. This was one our favorite things we did on our NYC vacation.

The tour was interesting and fun. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

I am planning to bring a group of high school students to NYC in June, I thought I wanted to take them on this tour, but I am having 2nd, 3rd and 4th thoughts after reading the reviews! : - (

I just went to NY to the NBC Studio Tour and I really believe that is too expensive for the little time we spent inside the building; we couldn't see any of the locations and it was a tour of only 15 minutes or less!!! The idea is just to sell you the photo that they take you inside a fake studio and that's it. Really bad experience, a total waste of time.

The advertisements said the tour would last over an hour. At least half of that was taken up by security checks, instructions & individual picture taking (so they could SELL them later at a HIGH cost). There was a video on NBC's history which was OK but then there was only a video of mask making. There was NO live presentation of makeup. ...

I went on this tour a couple of years ago and thought it was excellent but my recent experience was a disaster. The length listed as an hour and 10 minutes was falsely advertised. Scheduled to begin at 3:45 it started at least 5 minutes late. The instructions by the guide and security precautions took another 10 minutes and including the following ...

We booked this tour ahead of time because my daughter was hoping to see either the SNL studio or Conan's or both...she even mentioned this to the booking agent. We saw neither. We did see the empty studio where the nightly news is broadcast, and could look through a window at MSNBC. We also looked through a window at some sort of operations ...

Went on this tour with my husband because it was included in our New York Pass. Thought we were going to see the studios of the Today show, Conan, Dateline, etc....The only studio we saw was SNL from a glass window. The studio itself was being used for Olympic coverage so it was a mess. Our time was limited during our trip and we wasted a good hour and a half taking this sorry excuse for a stuido tour.
